Our Story
From Trading to Manufacturing, Rich in Experience
Tracy Zeng is the founder of SOONXIN. Before founding SOONXIN, Mrs Zeng spent 8 years in the display-fixtures trading industry, working with a wide range of clients — buyers from chain brands, owners of independent boutiques, and shop-fitting companies. Every type of client had different requirements for their displays: color, quality control, lead time — each order required constant back-and-forth between the factory, the client, and herself.
In those 8 years, one thing became increasingly clear: to make good display fixtures, you have to control the production yourself. Why the colors wouldn't match, why the lead times couldn't be held — these problems almost always came back to the factory side.
So Mrs Zeng decided to build her own team, turning 8 years of client insight into a production line she could truly control. SOONXIN started in Quanzhou, but the starting point was never the local market — it was the "couldn't-be-done" requests seen over those years: colors that wouldn't line up, lead times that couldn't be held, customization depth that suppliers couldn't deliver. Every order was treated to a custom standard — colors matched to spec, dimensions precise, packaging complete. Many of those early clients later became long-term partners.
As client industries grew more diverse — cosmetics, jewelry, eyewear, shoe stores, apparel — SOONXIN didn't set out to expand production lines for its own sake. Instead, around each new client's real needs, processes were built out one by one.
Looking back, SOONXIN's foundation was never its production scale, but the industry judgment accumulated over those years of trading — knowing what clients care about, and which details determine the final result of a display piece.

Capacity
A 3,000 m² factory with continued expansion. Production scheduling is flexible — in-stock catalog items ship fast, custom orders are scheduled independently per client project, every client order delivered in the shortest possible time.
Inventory
Inventory space is divided and managed separately — raw materials warehouse, finished goods warehouse, and spare parts warehouse each operate independently. Color, material, and specification formulas from past orders are kept long-term, so repeat clients don't need to re-confirm specs when reordering.
Design
The design team is dedicated to client coordination. Digital mock-ups are delivered within a week, physical samples shipped out within 30 days. Every design goes through client approval before production — from color, dimensions, to material selection, all matched to your brand standard.
QC
QC covers every process step: color batch consistency, 3× static-load testing, salt-spray testing (on demand). Finished goods pass final inspection before container loading.
