Custom Clothes Display Fixtures

From wall-mounted rods and floor racks to center-island displays and movable fixtures, we shape each piece around your store scale, garment weight, and brand mood.

Good clothing display rarely asks to be noticed first. Customers see a coat rail that feels effortless to browse, a wall that stays open instead of crowded, an island display that slows them down at just the right moment. Behind that feeling are quieter decisions: the height of a rod, the weight of a base, the distance between hangers, and the way a finish catches light beside fabric.

SOONXIN manufactures custom clothes display fixtures for boutiques, multi-store fashion brands, designer stores, and shop-fitting projects. Send us the layout, the garments, and the atmosphere you want the room to carry; we turn that into fixtures that can be made, installed, repeated, and scaled.

  • Window display: the first thing customers see. Single-arm and double-arm racks, Z-rails, and angled floor stands. Built to read from across the street and withstand direct sunlight.
  • Wall-mounted rods: for narrow malls, corridor boutiques, or anywhere floor space is tight. Wall-fixed single rods, double rods, and reinforced rails with matching brackets. Hardware and load ratings specified per wall type.
  • Center-floor island: anchor fixture in the middle of the store. Multi-directional racks, half-round configurations, and 4-sided units that draw customers in from any direction.
  • Counter / tabletop: for folded garments, accessories on hangers, or featured items. Compact stands sized to fit standard counter depths without crowding the till area.

For Every Garment Type

  • Long dresses, gowns, wedding dresses: full-height uprights with a low base footprint, anti-tip weighted bases, and 1.5 m+ clearance for hem integrity.
  • Shirts, blouses, tops: compact double-rod racks with high hook density to maximize SKUs per square meter of wall or floor.
  • Coats, jackets, heavy outerwear: heavy-duty uprights with thicker gauge rods and reinforced brackets. Designed for sustained heavy loads without flex.
  • Pants, skirts: clip or loop bars, often paired with a hanging section above to combine pant and top presentation in one rack.
  • Knitwear, sweaters: wide-spacing flat-fold shelves to prevent shoulder bumps, typically lower profile so customers don't have to reach up.
  • Scarves, shawls, light accessories: long horizontal rails or arc hangers, sized so customers can browse without disturbing the entire display.
Modular & Adjustable SystemsModular & Adjustable SystemsModular & Adjustable Systems

Modular & Adjustable Systems

  • Adjustable shelf heights: clip-in shelves that reposition without tools, for stores that rotate between accessories, folded knitwear, and bag displays on the same fixture.
  • Removable hooks and prongs: hooks that slide on and off the upright, so the same rack can switch between a coat rack and a shirt rack between seasons.
  • Stackable and combinable: racks designed to bolt together side-by-side, so a single boutique can grow into a wall of fixtures without buying a new system.
  • Movable and rotatable: wheeled bases for floor racks and 360° rotators for center islands, both with locking mechanisms to keep them stable when in use.

If you can't drill into your wall at all — rental space, historic building, or shared partition — ask us about the free-standing floor-to-ceiling pole version. It mounts between floor and ceiling without wall fixings, with the same load capacity as a medium-duty wall rod.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

General

How do I decide between a floor rack and a wall-mounted rod?
Floor racks work when you have center-floor space and want customers to walk around the display. Wall-mounted rods work when floor space is tight, when the rack is mostly seen from one direction, or when the wall itself is part of the visual. If you can spare the floor space, floor racks carry more weight and hold more pieces.
Stainless steel or iron — which should I pick?
Stainless steel if the store is humid, coastal, or you're specifying for premium / flagship positioning. Iron with powder coat if you want a brand-specific color, if you're doing a multi-store rollout where color consistency is critical, or if the budget is tighter per unit.
Can the same rack family cover window, center-floor, and wall in one store?
We recommend building the rack family in matching finish but different forms — same brand, three functions. We supply window, floor, and wall pieces in matched finishes so the visual reads as one system even when the geometry changes.
How much weight can a wall-mounted clothes rod hold?
It depends on the wall type, mounting hardware, rod diameter, and support spacing. Light-duty rods suit shirts and blouses up to 10 kg per running meter; medium-duty rods suit coats and jackets at 10–25 kg per meter; heavy-duty rods are specified above 25 kg per meter for denim, leather jackets, and dense outerwear.

Customization

Can I print my own logo on the stand?
Yes. Send your artwork in AI, PDF, or CDR (or high-resolution PNG, 300 DPI or above). For multi-color logos, UV printing is recommended. For solid color logos, silk screen or laser engraving works well. For a premium etched look, we recommend etching on stainless steel or brass.
Can I customize the size?
Yes. We make to your target dimensions. Send your target dimensions and we'll quote.
What finishes and colors are available?
In-stock finishes: powder coated (Black, White, Matte Silver, Matte Black), brushed / matte (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold), polished / mirror (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold), titanium. Custom RAL color matching is available above the MOQ threshold.
Do you make custom shapes?
Yes. Send a sketch, drawing, or sample photo — our engineering team will evaluate and quote.
Can I see a digital mockup before production?
Yes. We send a digital mockup for your approval before any custom build goes to production.

Orders & Transactions

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type, material, and level of customization. Each product page lists its specific MOQ for easy reference, or contact us with your project details for an exact figure.
Do you keep stock for small or urgent orders?
Some standard SKUs are kept in stock for fast dispatch. Stock levels change frequently — check with us before ordering if you're working against a tight timeline.
How long does a custom order take?
Samples: 7–10 days. Production: 25–35 days. Lead time varies with quantity, process, and season.
Can I get a sample before placing the bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees apply based on the process and customization; fees are deductible from your bulk order once confirmed.
How is pricing determined?
Unit prices depend on product type, material, customization, and quantity. Volume discounts apply at 100 / 500 / 1000 / 2000+ pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Trade Assurance. The available method depends on order size and destination.
