Can the block be tinted in my brand color?
Yes. We can dye-tint the entire acrylic block in your brand color (not just print the logo). Provide a Pantone code or a physical color sample.
Can I mix acrylic with metal or wood?
Yes. Common combinations include acrylic base + chemetal / brass / stainless steel nameplate, or acrylic + wooden base. Send a sketch or reference photo.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. We can print your logo on one side or both sides. Both-sides is common for counter displays.
Can I see a digital mockup before production?
Yes. We send a digital mockup for your approval before production starts, so you can see how the logo sits on the block.
What if I need help choosing the right option?
Send us your logo, target size, and use environment. We'll recommend the best material, finish, and print method for your project.
Customization
Can I customize the size?
Yes. We've made blocks from 2"×2" up to 45 cm single piece. Send your target dimensions and we'll quote.
Can I print my logo on the product?
Yes. Send us the artwork in AI, PDF, or CDR. We'll recommend UV printing, screen printing, or laser engraving based on the design and material.
Do you make custom shapes?
Yes. Send a sketch, drawing, or sample photo — our engineering team will evaluate and quote.
Can you match my brand color?
Yes. Provide a Pantone code or color sample. Powder-coating and acrylic tinting are the typical routes.
Orders & Transactions
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type, material, and level of customization. Each product page lists its specific MOQ for easy reference, or contact us with your project details for an exact figure.
Do you keep stock for small or urgent orders?
Some standard SKUs are kept in stock for fast dispatch. Stock levels change frequently — check with us before ordering if you're working against a tight timeline.
How long does a custom order take?
Samples: 7–10 days. Production: 25–35 days. Lead time varies with quantity, process, and season.
Can I get a sample before placing the bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees apply based on the process and customization; fees are deductible from your bulk order once confirmed.
How is pricing determined?
Unit prices depend on product type, material, customization, and quantity. Volume discounts apply for larger orders. Every quote is tailored to the exact specification — request one for an exact figure.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Trade Assurance. The available method depends on order size and destination.
