Custom Sign Holders for Every Display

Key information deserves more than a generic holder. Multiple materials, fully customized to your environment.

Why does one holder feel right and another one feel cheap? Edge polish. Base weight. Slot tolerance. The details that never make it onto a spec sheet — but decide whether everything else on the counter feels intentional. That is the whole point.

At SOONXIN, we customize end-to-end — material, finish, mounting, and logo print — so your menu, tag, or promotion doesn't just sit there, it gets read. Wall-mounted, countertop, hanging, magnetic, or LED-illuminated, in any size from name card to A0.

Product Features

Sign holder material and finish features

Material and Finish

  • Cast acrylic stays crystal clear — 92%+ light transmission, won't yellow. Your sign stays readable, not hazy.
  • Stainless steel, brass, aluminum. When the holder needs to feel like it belongs on that surface.
  • Frosted for diffused elegance, clear for maximum readability, solid for privacy, or Pantone-matched to your exact brand color.
  • Edge-polished by hand. Damp-proof. The holder that doesn't distract from what you're displaying.
  • Recyclable materials. No harmful chemicals. Good for the space, easier to dispose of responsibly.
Sign holder form and loading features

Form and Loading

  • L-style or T-style. Single-sided display, go L. Double-sided, go T. The shape follows the viewing angle.
  • Top-loading, side-loading, bottom-loading. Three insert directions so the holder fits your counter, wall, or shelf — not the other way around.
  • Direct print option — no insert required. When you want the holder itself to be the sign.
  • Magnetic quick-change. Swap inserts in seconds, no tools, no downtime.
  • LED-illuminated for low-light spaces. Battery or plug-in. Your sign reads clearly even when the room doesn't.
Sign holder stability and mounting features

Stability and Mounting

  • Weighted base keeps the holder planted. Metal when you need the weight, bent acrylic when you want it lighter.
  • Anti-slip pads and double-sided tape. Keep it exactly where you put it, on any surface.
  • Wall-mounted by screw, adhesive, or suction cup. Pick the method that works for your wall.
  • Or hang it from the ceiling. Freestanding floor stand if you need to move it around.
  • L-style and T-style built for structural stability. No wobble, no tipping.
Sign holder use cases

Where They're Used

  • Restaurant tables and counters. Menus, table tents, daily specials — built to survive the dinner rush and still look good.
  • Retail shelves and displays. Price tags, product specs, promotion labels — clear information where purchase decisions happen.
  • Hotel rooms and public spaces. Room numbers, wayfinding, building directories — readable in any light.
  • Trade shows and events. Posters, booth signage, product info — visible from three feet or across the hall.
  • Reception desks and offices. Welcome signs, directional info, brand messaging — sets the first impression of the space.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

General

Will the sign holder tip over on a busy counter?
For standard L-style and T-style holders we use either a weighted metal base or 5mm+ bent acrylic (3+3mm folded base) for tip resistance. Anti-slip pads or double-sided tape can be added to the base on request.
How thick is the acrylic? Will it look flimsy?
Cast acrylic starts at 3mm; we recommend 5mm+ for tabletop pieces over A5 size and 8mm+ for floor or A3+ units. Samples in 3mm and 5mm can be ordered side-by-side for visual comparison before bulk production.
Won't the sign or insert come loose / tilt inside the slot?
Slot width is machined to within ±0.3mm of the insert thickness; printed inserts 1mm or thicker sit firmly. Adhesive strips, magnetic caps, or anti-tilt lips are available for high-traffic environments.
Indoor only, or can it sit outdoors?
Our standard acrylic is for indoor use. For outdoor or semi-outdoor placements (restaurant patios, store entrances), we use stainless steel, powder-coated aluminum, or UV-inhibited acrylic. We can spec an outdoor-rated finish on request — confirm the use location when ordering.

Customization

Can I print my logo on the product?
Yes. Send us the artwork in AI, PDF, or CDR. We'll recommend UV printing, screen printing, or laser engraving based on the design and material.
Do you make custom shapes?
Yes. Send a sketch, drawing, or sample photo — our engineering team will evaluate and quote.
Can you match my brand color?
Yes. Provide a Pantone code or color sample. Powder-coating and acrylic tinting are the typical routes.

Orders & Transactions

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type, material, and level of customization. Each product page lists its specific MOQ for easy reference, or contact us with your project details for an exact figure.
Do you keep stock for small or urgent orders?
Some standard SKUs are kept in stock for fast dispatch. Stock levels change frequently — check with us before ordering if you're working against a tight timeline.
How long does a custom order take?
Samples: 7–10 days. Production: 25–35 days. Lead time varies with quantity, process, and season.
Can I get a sample before placing the bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees apply based on the process and customization; fees are deductible from your bulk order once confirmed.
How is pricing determined?
Unit prices depend on product type, material, customization, and quantity. Volume discounts apply for larger orders. Every quote is tailored to the exact specification — request one for an exact figure.
